  • Recipe For Chocolate Sponge -

    • Premix 1000 g
    • Water 600 g
    • Oil 50 g

     PREPARATION METHOD:

    • Place Water and Variety Mix-Chocolate in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
    • Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.
    • Reduce the mixing and pour the required quantity of Oil into the batter and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
    • Scrape the batter into well-greased cake molds.
    • Bake at 160-180 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.

    RECIPE FOR MUFFIN: 

    • Premix 1000 g
    • Water 500 g
    • Oil 500 g

    PREPARATION METHOD:

    • Place Water, Variety Mix-Chocolate and Oil in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute with flat blade.
    • Scrape the batter and mix at slow speed for 1 minutes again.
    • Scrape the batter into muffin cups.
    • Bake at 190 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • 9 months from the date of manufacturing, store at ambient temperature in original packaging and away from direct sun light.
