Ingredients

  • VEGITROP SPONGE MIX CHOCOLATE 1000 GM
  • UNSALTED BUTTER 300 GM
  • EGG 50 GM

FOR CHOCOLATE FILLING

  • DARK CHOCOLATE 100 GM
  • OIL 20 GM

Instructions

METHOD OF PREPARATION

For Cookie Dough:

  • Take unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and cream and Vegitrop Chocolate Premix and mix for 2 min.
  • Add egg into the cookie mix to form a dough.
  • Divide the into equal part of 20 gm each.
  • Take one portion and flatten it, apply a chocolate filling and cover it with another portion of flattened dough.
  • Make all in same shape and arrange on a baking tray and bake for 10 min. on 170° C.
