- VEGITROP SPONGE MIX CHOCOLATE 1000 GM
- UNSALTED BUTTER 300 GM
- EGG 50 GM
FOR CHOCOLATE FILLING
- DARK CHOCOLATE 100 GM
- OIL 20 GM
METHOD OF PREPARATION
For Cookie Dough:
- Take unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and cream and Vegitrop Chocolate Premix and mix for 2 min.
- Add egg into the cookie mix to form a dough.
- Divide the into equal part of 20 gm each.
- Take one portion and flatten it, apply a chocolate filling and cover it with another portion of flattened dough.
- Make all in same shape and arrange on a baking tray and bake for 10 min. on 170° C.
