Berry Mousse Cake
- Vanilla cookie 150 gm
- Melted butter 70 gm
For berry cheese mousse
- Cream cheese 100 gm
- Blue berry fruit filling 50 gm
- Tropolite whip cream 200 gm
- Vegitrop vanilla sponge 100 gm
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter, arrange on base of a cake ring and keep in the fridge for 10 min.
- In a mixing bowl take cream cheese whisk it till smooth consistency.
- Add blueberry fruit filling and mix well. now add Tropolite whip cream and mix well.
- Spread 50% of the blueberry cream cheese mousse over the cookie base and in set the fridge for 10 min.
- Spread the remaining 50% blueberry cream cheese mousse over Vegitrop Vanilla Sponge base and set it in fridge for 3 hrs. or till it sets.
- Remove from the fridge and place Vegitrop Vanilla Sponge and sprinkle blueberry flavoured sugar syrup.
- Transfer the cake on a serving plate after 3 hrs. and decorate with blueberry jelly or aroma.
- Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
