Banoffee Poke Cake


Ingredients

FOR DRY CAKE

  • TROPIGEL MUFFIN MIX VANILLA 250 GM
  • OIL 88 GM
  • WATER 63 GM
  • EGG 100 GM

FOR BANOFFEE SAUCE

  • SUGAR 25 GM
  • BUTTER 12 GM
  • FLEXI CREAM 50 GM
  • MILK MAID 20 GM

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED

  • CRYSTAL WHIPPING CREAM 150 GM
  • FRESH BANANA 60 GM

FOR DECORATING

  • CARAMEL JELLY 15 GM
  • WHITE JELLY 15 GM
  • CHOCOLATE 20 GM

Instructions

METHOD OF PREPARATION

For Base:

  • Preheat oven on 180° C
  • In a mixing bowl take egg & water and mix for 1 min. Add Tropigel Muffin    Mix and  oil and mix for 2 min.
  • Pour the batter into a well-greased baking Pan and bake for 30 min.
  • Remove from oven and leave it cool.


For Banoffee Sauce:

  • Add butter and cook for another 1 min.
  • Remove from flame, leave it cool for 10 min. now Mix the Milkmaid into it.
  • Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
  • Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.


Cake Assembling:

  • Take The Vanilla cake and with a toothpick make holes in it, Pour the banoffee
  • sauce and rest for 5 min.
  • Cut banana into small pieces and fold into the whipping cream.
  • Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
  • Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
