Banoffee Poke Cake
Ingredients
FOR DRY CAKE
- TROPIGEL MUFFIN MIX VANILLA 250 GM
- OIL 88 GM
- WATER 63 GM
- EGG 100 GM
FOR BANOFFEE SAUCE
- SUGAR 25 GM
- BUTTER 12 GM
- FLEXI CREAM 50 GM
- MILK MAID 20 GM
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED
- CRYSTAL WHIPPING CREAM 150 GM
- FRESH BANANA 60 GM
FOR DECORATING
- CARAMEL JELLY 15 GM
- WHITE JELLY 15 GM
- CHOCOLATE 20 GM
Instructions
METHOD OF PREPARATION
For Base:
- Preheat oven on 180° C
- In a mixing bowl take egg & water and mix for 1 min. Add Tropigel Muffin Mix and oil and mix for 2 min.
- Pour the batter into a well-greased baking Pan and bake for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and leave it cool.
For Banoffee Sauce:
- Add butter and cook for another 1 min.
- Remove from flame, leave it cool for 10 min. now Mix the Milkmaid into it.
- Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
- Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
Cake Assembling:
- Take The Vanilla cake and with a toothpick make holes in it, Pour the banoffee
- sauce and rest for 5 min.
- Cut banana into small pieces and fold into the whipping cream.
- Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
- Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
