But what if you can make it by yourself? Here's how to make it easy and how to use it for your cake.
Cake flour, sugar, milk powder, starch, baking powder, baking soda, emulsifier, salt, flavour, colour, and whey protein are all components that must be added to the cake premix. To make a lovely and tasty cake, you have to simply add water and oil to this recipe and mix thoroughly.
Here are the steps:
- In a stand mixer, combine the All-Purpose Veg Choco Cake Mix and water for 1 minute on low speed.
- Scrape and blend for 3 minutes at a medium speed.
- Scrape and apply oil for 1 minute again at low speed.
- Cook for 30–35 minutes at 160°C.

How to Make Cake Premix at Home?
- In a mixing bowl, combine maida, powdered sugar, milk powder, and corn flour thoroughly.
- Sieve the mixture through a sieve at least 2-3 times. With all of these ingredients, you can prepare 900-950 gms of premix or around 1 kg of premix. Or you can buy ready-made premix online- plum cake premix.
- This may be kept in an airtight jar for 3-4 months. This premix yields around 6-7 cakes in a 6" baking pan.
How to Use a Cake Premix?
- 500 g maida
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 150 g milk powder
- 100 g corn flour
- 20 g baking powder
- 10 g baking soda
- 10 g GMS powder
- 1 cup vanilla cake premix
- 23 drops
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water Vanilla flavouring
- To bake a cake with the cake premix, we must first preheat the oven. Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes on medium heat with the lid closed.
- In a bowl, combine oil and water. Combine the oil and water well. Mix in the cake premix and vanilla extract with it.
- Take a 6" baking pan and line the bottom with butter paper. Pour the cake batter into the pan and give it a firm tap. Place a stand at the bottom of the preheated cooker.
- Set the cake tin on the stand and cover it with the lid. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the cake in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick after opening the cooker. If it comes out clean, the cake has been properly cooked. Let the cake cool nicely before you serve. Flip it over into a dish by loosening the edges. The vanilla cake is ready to eat.
For 1 minute, whisk or beat all of the ingredients together thoroughly. At medium speed, mix for another 2 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°F/175°C and bake for 35-40 minutes. And you are good to go!
