Ingredients Required:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • Five drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • A half-cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar powder
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 4 teaspoons melted butter

Instructions:

Step 1:

Take a large pressure cooker, take off the rubber ring, and take off the whistle. Spread sea salt evenly around the bottom of the cooker. Place it over a low flame uncovered.

Step 2:

Next, butter-grease a baking pan and set it aside. All-purpose flour, condensed milk, sugar, water, and melted butter should be combined in a large mixing dish. Stir them gently.

Step 3:

Remix the cake batter after adding the vanilla extract and baking powder. Pour the batter into the baking pan and give it a little shake once it is smooth and free of lumps.

Step 4:

Next, gently cover the top on the pressure cooker and lay the pan over the sea salt. Bake for 40 minutes, using low heat. After 40 minutes, insert a spear to test the cake's doneness; if it comes out dry, the cake is done; otherwise, bake it for a few minutes more.

Step 5:

Put on gloves and remove them gently. Your cake will come out of the baking pan if you place it upside down on a platter and tap the bottom. You may choose to serve the cake warm or cold. Cakes often taste best when topped with whipping cream.

Conclusion

It is preferable to use an aluminium pressure cooker of high quality with a minimum capacity of 5 litres. You should avoid using the maximum flame setting since this may burn the bottom of your cake, which is plain unpleasant! Both salted and unsalted butter is acceptable in the recipe. Don't overmix the cake batter. Stop there when it gets a thick and smooth consistency. Simply stir the chocolate powder into the batter to form a chocolate cake. In the same manner, you may flavour the batter with any flavour you choose. To improve the cake's flavour, add dried fruits to the mixture.
